To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in an applicable social science-related field and two years applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant experience in an applicable social science.
- Understanding of social scientific theory and methods.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to complete detailed work accurately.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of projects, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
- A strong ability to follow through on assignments.
- Ability to work under deadlines with general guidance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate internal and external audiences. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability in reaching out to and meeting new people/groups, and building relationships with external organizations.
- Intermediate to advanced level experience with spreadsheets - Excel, Google Sheets.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies in social science research.
- Ability to quickly learn and master computer programs.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent judgment.
- Ability to work with human study participants.
- Developing supervisory skills.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Demonstrated management experience.
- Demonstrated marketing experience.
- Experience with Qualtrics.
- Graduate-level coursework or degree in social psychology, organizational behavior, behavioral marketing, or related fields.
The expected pay range for this position is $72,000 - $88,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
