Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Must have 10+ years of field experience leading installation teams.
- Experience Terminating, Configuring and Programming at least one of the following types of equipment: Extron, Cisco, Crestron, Atlona, Biamp, QSC
- Must have extensive data cabling installation and termination experience.
- Must be able to read and understand plans to ensure everything is done correctly and then do any additional configuration that is require.
- Must have ability to redline and note documents on field changes.
- Conduct field installations in construction environments.
- Must be agile and exhibit a strong sense of urgency.
- Must be responsive, efficient, have excellent customer interaction, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to assist the field engineers upon close out and commissioning phase of deployment.
- Responsible and reliable, capable of working alone as well as part of a team.
- Good organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Be a motivated team player.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Able to work for extensive periods on and off ladders.
- Must know and comply to all OSHA guidelines.
Technical Skills:
- AV Control (Crestron, QSC, Biamp, Extron, Atlona, etc)
- AV Audio (BIAMP, QSC, Extron, etc)
- Video Conferencing (Cisco, Zoom, Teams)
- Network Infrastructure Cabling Experience and Certifications
The expected pay range for this position is $109,000 to $135,000 per annum.
