MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing a team of technologists.
- Experience with complex multi-system IP Video and Unified Communications platforms and vendors.
- Experience coordinating multi-system and computing environments in independent computing facilities.
- Experience developing/implementing a business continuity and disaster recovery plan.
- Proven ability to define, develop and implement appropriate plans to meet the IP Video needs of the user community.
- Proven ability to lead and work on large/complex system deployment projects in a team environment.
- Advanced knowledge of IP Video and Unified communications, technology, services and security trends and best practices.
- Industry knowledge of IP Video Systems, Unified Communications and related technologies such as computer networking, compute platforms and applications.
- Adept at fostering and maintaining collaborative relationships across a diverse set of service stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desired: Experience with Zoom, WebEx
Certifications and Licenses:
- Desired: AVIXA CTS certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Frequently sitting.
- Occasionally stand/walk, twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 21>40 pounds.
