Education & Experience Required

Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Previous experience in website strategic development skills and the ability to work effectively with decision-makers across many levels of an organization.
  • Strong knowledge of web best practices and SEO.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Excellent project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to senior management.
  • Ability to motivate, develop and train staff.
  • Prior experience in planning and managing budgets.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional groups toward a common goal.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis, such as Google Analytics.
  • Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience working with:
    • Drupal 9
    • Jira
    • HTML 5/CSS
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Data Studio
    • Lucky Orange
    • Moz
  • Desired familiarity with Figma, Google Workplace, Kapost, Site Improve, Prezi and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Physical Requirements

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, speaking.
  • Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
  • Rarely sort/file paperwork.

Working Conditions

  • Occasional work on evenings and weekends.
  • This is a hybrid working environment and requires some in-person office days each week, and using Zoom video conferencing
