MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Understanding of relevant technical knowledge and problem resolution.
  • Strong customer relationship skills, consensus building skills.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse environment.
  • Ability to motivate and mentor staff.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to successfully lead projects independently.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively drive the efficiency of teams and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience supervising student workers in higher education or equivalent preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:
None

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
  • Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
