To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant experience should include:
    • administering standardized educational tests and instruments that include reading, executive functioning, and information processing (e.g. Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Achievement and Cognitive Ability)
    • reading and interpreting psych-educational evaluations and neuropsychological evaluations
    • working with secondary teachers or college faculty on Universal Design for Learning
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate to internal and external audiences, students, faculty and all levels of management
  • Superb organizational and project management skills; strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience managing people
  • Exceptional student service and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications required
 

In addition, our preferred requirements include:

  • Master’s Degree in Learning Sciences, Instructional Technology, School Psychology, Educational Therapy or Special Education with expertise in a clinical setting   
  • Experience in higher education
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to translate research into practice
  • Experience teaching others how people learn to foster self-awareness, self-efficacy and wellness
