QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. JD, LLM, JSD, or PhD required.
- Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
- Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.
- Ability to oversee and direct staff.
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the international legal regimes that impact corporate governance.
- Proven ability to apply professional experience and judgment in the day-to-day management of complex information-intensive projects and research efforts with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with a fast-paced team with an energetic and entrepreneurial focus. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of flexibility in managing and performing a wide range of professional tasks while simultaneously managing most of his or her own administrative functions.
- Self-starter who can work collaboratively and independently; must be enthusiastic, flexible, graceful under pressure, discreet, and diplomatic.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and ability to master new subject areas.
- Familiarity with Stanford systems is a plus; knowledge of database concepts, MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Excel, and basic legal/business on-line research tools required.
- Ability to work some irregular hours to support programming needs, although work outside of regular business hours is relatively uncommon.
The expected pay range for this position is $94,000 to $139,000 per annum.
