DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business management and operations or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of relevant experience in operations, administrative and financial management, or a combination of education and relevant experience, with at least five years of experience in people management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a people management role in an administrative and operational capacity.
- Excellent leadership, planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, including results-oriented management, the ability to motivate teams, and effective conflict resolution
- In-depth operations expertise in accounting, budget planning, and financial forecasting.
- In-depth financial expertise in accounting, budget planning, and financial forecasting.
- Extensive knowledge of grants and contract administration.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business and management computer applications and databases.

- Subject matter expertise in the relevant area(s) of responsibility.

- Fluent proficiency in an Asian language
- Ability to travel internationally, with a focus on Asian countries
- Knowledge and understanding of health center operations
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.

The expected pay range for this position is $95,000 to $134,000 per annum.
