To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Master's degree highly desirable.
- Experience with program development and mentoring or advising graduate students.
- Knowledge of diversity issues in higher education and knowledge of theory and practice related to achieving inclusion.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- PhD preferred.
- Knowledge of the professional development needs of graduate students.
- Familiarity with the varied practices of doctoral training across the university.
- Ability to balance the management of long-term, complex projects with day-to-day program activities and communications.
- Advanced facility with communications and research software (e.g., Tableau, Qualtrics, MailChimp).
