To be successful in this position, candidates will have:

Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred.
Familiarity with PostGrads is a plus.
Excellent verbal, writing, research and editorial skills, preferably demonstrated in an academic setting;
Ability to understand and articulate how stewardship supports and advances the broader fundraising agenda.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, and professionalism to interact with a wide range of people at different levels of an organization. Demonstrated ability to work with and relate to people from many different backgrounds, including a diverse group of colleagues, and/or faculty, staff, students, alumni and friends of the school.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to work patiently, persuasively, and effectively with a wide variety of people, including students, faculty, staff and donors
Demonstrated experience with drafting and editing high-level correspondence.
Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities, with competing deadlines, both independently and collaboratively.
Must be able to find and interpret relevant information and synthesize to compose clear and effective prose.
Demonstrated sound judgment in situations requiring independent decision-making and in handling confidential and sensitive material.
