MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree. A J.D., LLB, related advanced degree/certification, or combination of education and experience is preferred. Seven (7) years of related professional experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in tax, trust, estate planning, probate, and/or related matters.

 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and build relationships with individuals.
  • Ability to work and motivate others, including prospective donors and their advisors, volunteers, and fellow staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and demands.
  • Ability to use current desktop software applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of standard and complex charitable giving techniques.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, stand/walk, sit, use a telephone.
  • Occasionally light/fine grasping, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-commercial Class Driver's license.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • May require travel and occasional work during evenings and/or weekends.
WORK STANDARDS:
