To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree. A J.D. or related advanced degree/certification, or combination of education and experience is required. Five years of related professional experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in corporate, transactional and/or related matters.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills and attention to detail.
- Sophisticated negotiation and drafting skills (and mastery of preparing and reviewing redlines).
- Efficient and independent work ethic.
- Superior interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work well on sensitive issues with a wide variety of people and personalities, including faculty, industry representatives and legal counsel, as well as administrative staff and coworkers.
- Ability to work for consensus with disparate groups. Excellent judgment, creativity and common sense.
- Must show initiative and diplomacy, anticipate needs, and be a consummate team player. Must be organized and capable of setting priorities while handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Demonstrate ability to engage in problem solving and look for opportunities to share knowledge and information.
