MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, landscape architecture, planning, or other appropriate specialty and three years of directly related experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate strong and collaborative relationships inside and outside the organization.
- Proficiency in , PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word, and other applications as applicable.
- Ability to follow direction and complete tasks with limited supervision.
Certifications and Licenses:
- Must possess and maintain a valid California non-commercial Class C Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently sitting, perform desk-based computer tasks, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand, use a telephone.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other), grasp forcefully; twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/ work above shoulders, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 21-40 pounds.
- Visual acuity to match colors.
- Ability to drive day and night.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work outdoors: work at heights ≥ ten feet: may do field work, including wading in water, creeks; work on uneven work surfaces; carry building material samples.

The expected pay range for this position is $81,828 to $96,010 per annum.
