Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      Strong attention to detail, along with diplomacy, patience, and tact.

      Strong administrative skills. Ability to navigate complex calendars.

      Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts, and for Big 5 events.

      Onsite 3-5 days/week based on events. The schedule will be provided at least one month in advance.

      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

      Demonstrate confidence in making strategic decisions, displaying good judgment, and possessing creative problem-solving skills.

      Project management skills, including the ability to handle complex timelines and multiple projects; manage projects to completion.

      Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

      Dedication to promoting and supporting an inclusive and diverse environment.

      Associates degree and a minimum of three years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.

  

*Physical Requirements:

      Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk-based computer tasks, and use a telephone.

      Occasionally, kneel/crawl, twist/bend/stoop/squat, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, and grasp forcefully, lift/carry/push objects that weigh 21-40 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $64,480 to $83,000 per annum.
