Qualifications:  
•    Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience working in college or pro sports or combination of education and relevant experience required.
•    Exceptional organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
•    Ability to perform detailed work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•    Self-motivated individual who takes initiative, continually self-evaluates, and proactively identifies new opportunities. 
•    Anticipates and/or responds effectively to changing dynamics and circumstances, welcomes fresh perspectives, and learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly. 
•    Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced atmosphere.
•    Embraces the scholar-athlete model of Stanford Athletics, including the uncompromising integrity of the Stanford Admissions process.
•    The candidate must have prior knowledge of NCAA rules compliance, excellent organizational and office management skills and a strong attention to detail. The individual has to work under pressure and time constraints with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced atmosphere. 
•    It is essential to have experience with recruiting database management software such as ARMS, ACS, Front Rush, HUDL or other services. 
•    Must have a mastery of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
•    It is preferred to have demonstrated skill and creativity in graphic design with Adobe Photoshop. 
•    It is preferred to have mastery of social media platforms. The individual must have the desire to continually update personal computing, communications and information technology knowledge.
•    The individual must work collaboratively with a large coaching and support staff and in many independent endeavors. Stanford Football is looking for an energetic and positive individual who can meet the demands of supporting a Division I football program.
