Minimum & Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred. Candidates who have a Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience may be considered for appointment to the Program Associate position (Student Services Officer 1) in QSR and will be assigned duties appropriate to the position.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, various constituents (students, faculty, staff, alumni), and to all levels of management.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An understanding and knowledge of feminist and other identity-based theoretical frameworks and social justice approaches to use within higher education in an interdisciplinary context.
- Advanced interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with individuals and groups from various identities, cultures and backgrounds.
- Student development knowledge and experience in student affairs preferred.
- Ability to use computer and technology for word processing, accounting, managing social media and website presence; familiarity and proficiency with google docs.
- Understanding of and ability to process financial transactions; strong attention to detail.
- Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

- This is a hybrid position which requires 2-3 days of on-site work per week.
