To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Superior written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and credibly on a diverse range of topics.
- Comfort running and interpreting financial reports, researching expenditures, and formatting customized financial reports for stewardship purposes.
- Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the professionalism to interact with a wide range of people at different levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to set and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Comfort in a highly dynamic and often fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple priorities, with competing deadlines.

- Desire to learn about international affairs and use that knowledge for effective stewardship and donor engagement.
- Facility with MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, CARD (Salesforce); Google Docs. Knowledge of Adobe a plus.
- Valid California Non-commercial Class Driver's License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, stand/walk, sit, use a telephone.
- Occasionally light/fine grasping, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-commercial Class Driver's license.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May require working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

The expected pay range for this position is $94,000 to $108,000 per annum.
