REQUIREMENTS:
Education &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree
and five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and
relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills
and Abilities:
· Previous experience in product, program, and/or services marketing.
· Ability to drive cross-functional groups toward a common goal.
· Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
· Understands how to implement integrated marketing programs across
channels including digital and print.
· Experience with market research and data analysis.
· Demonstrated problem solver.
· Excellent written, visual, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
with proven ability to present, write, edit, and organize thoughts in a clear,
concise, and well-organized manner.
In addition, the
following are strongly preferred:
· Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
(Powerpoint, Word, and Excel), and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign,
and Photoshop).
· Demonstrated proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software
(Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, or similar), Content Management Systems (Drupal
or similar)
· Experience with and understanding of web technologies and applications,
including social networking, social media tools, and current communication
trends.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with
a diverse array of people, including senior leaders.
· Ability to navigate through ambiguity.

PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS*:
· Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
· Frequently stand/walk, sit, use a telephone, grasp lightly/fine
manipulation, speaking.
· Occasionally grasp forcefully, writing by hand.
