MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Work experience in academia or professional office setting is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to represent the university professionally both internally and externally.
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
● Strong project management skills.
● Demonstrated experience with volunteer development and oversight.
● Strong interpersonal, team, and leadership skills; tact and flexibility in working with diverse population groups.
● Sound judgment, the ability to analyze problems quickly and accurately, and the ability to develop practical and effective solutions to solve a variety of problems.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
● Demonstrated ability with Google and Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new systems such as Dropbox, Marketo, Adobe Acrobat and Cvent.
Certifications and Licenses:
● Valid California Non-commercial Class Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sit.
- Occasionally grasp forcefully, use a telephone, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
- Rarely writing by hand, sort/file paperwork or parts.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Non-commercial Class license.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Occasional work on evenings and weekends.
- May work outdoors.
- Some local or domestic travel.
- This is an on campus position with potential for hybrid work (minimum of 2 days on-site weekly)

- When conducting university business, must comply with the California Vehicle Code and Stanford University driving requirements.

The expected pay range for this position is $83,000 to $97,000 per annum.
