Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated passion for college athletics and an understanding of the evolving college sports landscape.
- Experience in integrated marketing strategy and execution across channels including digital and print, and understands how to implement effective campaigns across multiple channels.
- Knowledge of strategic analysis, customer segmentation strategies and marketing planning.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, drive cross-functional groups towards a common goal, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Attitude that embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives.
- Ability to learn from past mistakes and adjust accordingly.
- Team player who is willing to “get hands dirty” and help out where needed.
- Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, Photoshop and inDesign, Google Adwords, Adroll and Facebook advertising preferred.

This position is responsible for ensuring that his/her/their involvement with Athletics Department activities maintains the integrity of the University’s reputation and does not negatively impact the relationship between the University and its faculty, staff, students and alumni. Additionally, this position must comply with University policies and procedures, NCAA and Pac-12 rules and regulations.
The expected pay range for this position is $64,480 – $75,000 per annum.
