To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education, training and relevant experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven and familiarity with reporting and analysis
- Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans.
- Ability to oversee and direct staff
- Ability to travel domestically and work non-standard/varied working hours for recruitment trips.
In addition, our preferred requirements include:
- Prior work experience in a higher education setting related to admissions, recruitment, DEI and/or demonstrated ability to engage with diverse student population.
- Demonstrated commitment to respecting diversity in all forms and promotes inclusion through programmatic efforts.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing platforms, web-based systems and recruiting sources, including social media.
- Experience with warm/cold calling, events, networking, marketing, industry groups/associations, and professional conferences.
- Ability to produce engaging and consistent communication and marketing materials to broad audience.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while managing multiple and changing priorities.
- Commitment to teamwork and strong interpersonal communication skill.
- An earned graduate degree in STEM or diversity related field is plus.
- Cultural sensitivity and knowledge of issues affecting a wide range of persons, including issues of disparities in educational background, family education history, class, race, gender, age, disability, sexuality, and immigration status.

The expected pay range for this position is $76,000 to $139,000 per annum.
