To be successful in the position, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- A high level of curiosity that crosses a broad spectrum of disciplines including liberal arts and sciences; studio arts; business and economics; technology; society and politics; and medicine, health and wellness.
- Passion for education and learning, desire to make a local and global impact, ability to be innovative and forward-looking to predict and respond to emerging trends.
- The ability to think and act creatively, wisely and confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in curriculum development, design, and delivery.
- Ability to align the program with industry standards, university policies and priorities, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work with business/management computer applications and databases.
- Financial skills in budget planning and financial forecasting.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- A PhD or Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in higher education/continuing education.
- Professional experience writing and editing for publication.
- Demonstrated interest in lifelong learning.
- Background in human-centered/user experience design strategies and approaches.
