QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching men’s and women’s jumps at the college/university level.
o A minimum of five years of experience coaching men’s and women’s jumps at the college/university level
- Comprehensive knowledge of all jumps is required.
- A passion for coaching and developing student-athletes.

- Ability to help arrange team travel logistics for practices and competitions.

- Experience coaching multi-events student-athletes is highly desirable.
- Ability to (1) respond quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; (2) embrace change and welcome fresh perspectives; (3) learn from past mistakes

- Knowledge of sprinting techniques is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience is required.
The expected pay for this position is $66,560,000-$75,000 per annum.
