MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or equivalent field and one year finance, investment banking, and/or investment management experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Fundamental understanding of investment principles and financial metrics.
  • Strong technical/quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to execute complex financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and investment professionals.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and on a collaborative basis as part of a team.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills.
  • Team orientation and strong interest in supporting the work of a university endowment.
Certifications and Licenses:
None

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks, frequent stand/walk, and use a telephone.
  • Occasionally write by hand, occasionally lift/carry/push/pull objects that up to 10 pounds, grasp lightly/fine manipulations.
  • Rarely kneel/crawl, operate foot and/or hand controls.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • May travel out of town.
