Position Requirements:
  1. Education and experience 
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience
  • Master degree preferred, can replace two years of experience 
 

2. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Analytical skills, especially in quantifying energy and cost savings
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to think critically and perform due diligence when problem solving.
  • Knowledge of green building principles, particularly related to heating, cooling and ventilation (HVAC) systems
  • General knowledge of sustainability topics and concepts
  • LEED certification a plus
  • Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions.
  • Experience with managing the full life cycle of a project-from inception and stakeholder engagement, to implementation, to evaluation.
  • Ability to prioritize own work, multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
