MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education
& Experience:
High
school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education
and relevant experience.
Preferred Education
& Experience:
A college degree and prior experience
at Stanford are desired.

- Proficient
computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email
applications.
- Demonstrated
success in following through and completing routine tasks.
- Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and
written communication skills.

- Ability to
prioritize and multi-task.
Preferred Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects with competing
priorities, meet deadlines and project plans with short- and long-term end
dates. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated
success in following through and completing projects.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects, while still
being open to new and creative solutions.
- Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of applications
such as MS Office and a facility with Box,
Google Drive, Team Drive and Project Management Software.
- The ability to work effectively
with diverse people with a range of communication styles;
- A high degree of sound judgment,
tact, discretion, diplomacy, and sensitivity, and the ability to maintain
integrity with sensitive and confidential information; and
- Strong planning and organizational
skills, including the ability to set priorities and communicate those
priorities politely.
