Education & Experience:
High school diploma
and three years of administrative experience (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) or
a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects
with competing priorities, meet deadlines and project plans with short- and
long-term end dates. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to
detail. Demonstrated success in following through and completing projects.
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects,
while still being open to new and creative solutions.
- Advanced computer skills with a working knowledge of
applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Management Software.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
are a requirement.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and a
customer-service orientation.
Physical Requirements:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
- Frequently sitting
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders,
grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file
paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
- Pull wagon
- Lift boxes
- Organize shelves
