Qualifications include:
• A bachelor’s degree and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience is required
• A basic understanding of finance and accounting principles is desired
• An understanding of/experience with the University’s financial systems (Oracle Financials) or other similar systems is desired.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, sound judgment and an attention to detail are required.
• Ability to multi-task and operate in a busy work environment is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is desired.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
• Frequently sit, sort, file paperwork or parts, grasp lightly, and use fine manipulation, lift, carry, push and pull objects that weigh 10 pounds or less.
• Occasionally write by hand, twist, bend, stoop and squat.
• Rarely stand, walk, reach or work above shoulders and use a telephone.
