To be successful in the position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse community of instructors, staff, and students.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- The ability to manage a complex workload and prioritize tasks.
- A growth mindset and love of learning.
In addition, preferred requirements include:
- Expertise with Zoom, as well as strong knowledge of classroom and online learning technologies.
- Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with members of the academic community.
- Experience developing and delivering technical training to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated expertise with instructional design methodologies, pedagogical issues and best practices for classroom, online and hybrid learning.
- Knowledge of Macintosh and Windows environments.
